The John Harris Fitness Center in 1030 Vienna awaits you with the latest strength and endurance equipment in a unique ambience on a total of 2,000m2. A professional team, which responds to your goals and wishes, supports you on site. A separate area for training with your own body weight is in the rear training area.
To compensate, the wellness area offers relaxing moments with a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, and a relaxation room. Of course, a separate ladies' sauna is also available. Dark brown oak parquet flooring, stucco columns and a specially developed lighting concept provide an atmospheric ambience during training.

The classic for beginners! After a warm-up and cardiovascular part, you train mainly the problem areas of abdomen, legs, buttocks, and the inner and outer thighs. The goal of this unit is to firm and tone these zones.

Designed by John Harris, the “Harris Barbell Lift” is the ideal complement for people who like to do cardio workouts on a regular basis. The Harris Barbell Lift is a primarily standing workout, using free weights provided by John Harris.
