The John Harris location in the modern UNIQA Tower, right next to Schwedenplatz - the fitness studio in Vienna's 2nd district offers modern training facilities at the very highest level: lots of glass and light coupled with the latest technology transport you into a world of activity and joie de vivre on 730m2. In our extremely well equipped training area, many cardiovascular machines provide a perfect training environment for both strength and endurance training. Numerous courses such as Yoga, Pilates or Zumba complete the offer.

After the workout, a sauna and a steam bath await you for regeneration even including a Finnish sauna, a steam bath and separate ladies' sauna.

The increased body temperature caused by a sauna session has a positive effect on the metabolism. Regular sauna sessions not only strengthen the immune system, but also the cardiovascular system, which in turn is the best prerequisite for successful, intensive training.

Pilates is a systematic whole body workout to strengthen the muscles, primarily the pelvic floor, abdomen and back muscles.

The aim is to strengthen the muscles, improve fitness, movement coordination and posture, stimulate circulation and increase body awareness. The basis of all exercises is the training of the so-called "powerhouses".

A strengthening, conditioning and coordination session using tap.

Emphasis is on strengthening the legs with additional arm and upper body movements. Simple exercise combinations that combine strength and endurance, with a warm-up at the beginning and a cool down and stretch at the end of the session. Suitable for all, especially for those people who also like to use the tap board for physical exercises. All exercises are done at a set pace with music.
