Every John Harris Fitness Club always has two different equipment groups available for strength training. Guided training equipment is not only an ideal way for beginners to train effectively. The state-of-the-art equipment is just as useful for advanced users. This is always the case when individual muscle groups need to be trained in isolation. With increasing training experience, the free weight area gains in importance. It offers countless possibilities for muscle building. Above all, training with free weights promotes overall body stability and works deeper muscles.

Special 30-minute circuit training system. Combination of various functional exercises. Held several times a week by the floor trainer in the functional training area. Short, but very intense!

Circuit Training
Digital
Full body training in only 17 minutes. The circuit consists of eight different strength machines that are ideal for any target group and for simple, safe and, above all, effective strength training for the whole body.

A true gamechanger in the fitness world that allows you to build butt muscles safely, quickly and effectively!

Training Tip
With free weight training we reach deeper muscle groups. You are constantly challenged to stabilize your body; thus our coordination is strengthened and we burn even more calories than with guided machines. Tendons and ligaments also benefit from free weight training. It is important, especially in free weight training, to focus on sustainable training. Quick successes should never become the goal. The point is to train in a healthy way, to avoid injuries and to spare passive structures. Work with less weight, especially at the beginning, so that movement patterns can be executed perfectly. A personal trainer can provide valuable tips.
