Fascia training is ideal as a compensation after a hard day or after an intensive training. However, fascia training can also be considered as a workout in its own right. Depending on one's own commitment, this course can be very relaxing and soothing, or it can be intense and balanced. Here, you decide for yourself how intensive the course should be designed.

What is fascia training and what does it do for me?
Fasciae are all fibrous collagen-containing connective tissue structures in the body. They can be trained and have an influence on musculature, movement, posture and body perception. They are vibrating, three-dimensional, end-degree movements! Under the guidance of the trainer, all important parts of the body are precisely worked on and trained with the fascia roller or the fascia ball.

For whom is fascia training suitable and what do I need for this course?
Fascia training is ideal for athletes who play sports regularly, but also for people who often and for a long time work in postures that are not conducive to health and lead to tension.

Fascia training involves working with your own body weight, mainly on the floor. During this training, one massages and stimulates the body's own fasciae with a fascia roller. The fascia roller will be provided for the class at the John Harris space.
