Cardio Step
Cardio Step training is ideal for increasing the body's endurance, optimizing coordination and boosting fat burning. Cardio Step, also called Step Aerobics, became known through the training on the so-called Stepboard.
How does Cardio Step work?
Cardio Step implies cardio training on a stepboard. This stepboard is a fitness device that allows you to simulate and train climbing up a step. Cardio training with this board trains the circulatory system and burns plenty of calories. To motivating music you can train your muscles. With the Cardio Step course of John Harris one trains predominantly the leg and buttock musculature.
The Cardio Step course can and should be attended once or twice a week and can be completed as a supplement to another workout or course.
The right choreography
In the Cardio Step course, among other things, the correct choreography is also in the foreground. In the Cardio Step course, you can choose the choreography from three different levels of difficulty. The higher the number of stars, the more complex the workout. You can recognize the difficulty level of the course by the stars placed in the course overview. One star means that the course is suitable for beginners, and the highest number of stars means that the course is really intense with loud music. In the most strenuous, the three-star course, you dance and tap a complete choreography, which you will know by heart after completing the course. The one star course is similar to Zumba, just to burn calories while having fun.
Who is Cardio Step for?
John Harris' Cardio Step class is ideal for people who don't like to do cardio workouts alone. If you like to motivate yourself to do a balanced workout with good music and in a group, Cardio Step or Step Aerobics is just right for you. As with almost all classes at John Harris, you really work up a sweat without pushing yourself beyond your limits. The John Harris-trained instructors, despite the fact that there are several members, always respond individually to each course participant in order to get exactly the right speed out of each individual.
A course, which conjures not only after completion of the course, but also during the course again and again a smile in the face. Fun and enjoyment are preprogrammed in Cardio Step.
