Spin Interval
This indoor bike workout session builds strength, speed, tempo, timing, rhythm, and recovery skills.
All techniques and all intensity ranges can be applied. The interval method, a constant alternation between load and recovery, allows performance peaks to push. Recovery phases as a quick energy refueling station or moderate load. Training is done in the aerobic as well as in the anerobic range.
