TRX Workout

TRX stands for Total Resistance Exercise. With the help of a sling trainer, strength and coordination are trained. This intense full-body workout is ideal for strengthening joint structures.

The TRX Workout was originally developed by US soldiers, because in special circumstances and missions one cannot always train extensively or has only little luggage available.

How does the TRX Workout work?
With the TRX Workout you train with a TRX training belt mounted on the ceiling. By hanging, you work out with some or even all of your own body weight. With the TRX you find yourself in lying, hanging or swinging training position. The TRX Workout is one of John Harris' most coordination-intensive workouts.

For whom is the TRX Workout particularly suitable?
The TRX Workout is ideal as a supplement to classic muscle training. A special focus of this belt training is on training the body's own coordination. This workout usually shows exactly which muscle groups work particularly well together and on which positions and postures the focus should be intensified. By offering easier execution options, the training exercises are also suitable for mixed groups, where beginners can train with advanced students. In addition, the course is recommended for people who often travel and want to know how to train with the TRX belt on the road.
