The short & intense Booty Workout contains effective glute exercises for a tight and crisp butt.
Since the gluteal muscles have different roles, the exercises are selected to include both hip extension and abduction (spreading the leg away from the body). This ensures that the entire gluteal musculature is engaged.
Additional equipment often used: Exercise rubber bands and dumbbells. Music and exercises merge during each session to help you push past your previous limits and reach your fitness goals faster.
