Sixpack Circle
High-intensity 45-minute circuit training for the abdominal muscles.
This will work all portions of the abdominal muscles in the different muscle layers. Additional equipment used: Gym ball, mats, aero step, dumbbells, Redondo ball. Stations will be rotated through.
Easier ways of performing the exercises are also offered, making them suitable for a mixed group, with beginners able to work out with advanced exercisers.
Registration at the reception is required (limited number of participants).
