FIELD Senior Fitness
The goal of the Senior Fitness class is to improve conditioning skills, balance, and everyday fitness in functional movement patterns, such as proper lifting, or proper sitting.
Through complex movement patterns that use multiple joints and muscle groups, strength, balance, stability and equilibrium are trained, minimizing the risk of injury.
