Tae Bo
Tae Bo is a functional group fitness workout with martial arts elements from karate, taekwondo or kickboxing combined with aerobic moves.
Kicks and punches meet new combinations and a variety of class formats. Mostly practiced to fast music, the workout itself is not a martial art or self-defense technique, but pure fitness gymnastics.
Through challenging and high-intensity challenges, the concept appeals to newcomers and course beginners as well as professionals.
