Fascial Stretch
Fascia is a very diverse tissue that performs many functions and is made up of many components.
In Fascial Stretch, we stretch our fascia in all directions, creating balance in the body. The goal in Fascial Stretch is to make the tissues more elastic and therefore more stable at the same time. Fascial Stretching is soft and swinging. The movements are not angular, but light and playful.
So it's not a static, long held stretch, but an active one where you first build up the pre-tension and bring your muscles to length. Tension and pull are added as you melt into each position.
