Cardio, endurance, power and strength combined into an intense training experience at the Connexus training station! This 30 minute session with a maximum of 8 participants offers an optimal insight into the world of "Cross Training". Using the various equipment such as Slamball, TRX, resistance bands, Kettlebell and the Connexus Frame, the whole body is trained on the "4 pillars of fitness".
Suitable for those who want to improve their performance and like to train in a small group. Less suitable for athletes who prefer calmer classes like yoga.
