Meditate & Relax
This special session offers relaxation for body, mind and spirit through selected exercises and guided breathing, as well as tensing and relaxing muscles. This provides improved self-awareness and body awareness, reduces stress and assists with stress management. It also helps to better manage emotions and in many cases reduces physical pain, anxiety, depression and sleep disorders.
Guided meditation is a way to simply let go for a moment and let yourself fall in a familiar and respectful environment, relinquishing control. In the process, the breath flows deeply, thoughts come and go, and time seems to stand still. It is practiced to be in the here and now, to feel and perceive oneself fully.
To strengthen the focus, mudras are also practiced. These are hand gestures that bring out positive and powerful aspects in us, such as positive qualities, abilities and energies. This is further strengthened by mental focus and conscious breathing exercises.

Anyone can learn to meditate. In these guided sessions, you'll learn to really understand your "state of mind." This is true for participants who are very stressed and want to relax holistically, as well as those who want to release control and learn to let go.
