Bootcamp
Feel the group dynamic and get motivated. The John Harris Bootcamp running workout is a blend of cardio/strength running workouts. An ideal basic course for anyone.
What exactly is bootcamp and is it for me?
Bootcamp is an inner-city running workout combined with functional strengthening exercises and intense workouts. These are mainly short band exercises and exercises with your own body weight. You control the intensity of the run by your own speed.
By training in a group with other John Harris members, you motivate each other and feel the team spirit.
The training takes place outdoors, in all weather conditions and on different but achievable distances.
The special extra at the Bootcamp
Varied training units, such as running over the Schloßberg, up the stairs to the clock tower or to the Freeletics Park in the Augarten. During the bootcamp training there will always be a new challenge, which has to be mastered together as a team.
This special running training is therefore ideal for members who are looking for a little variety and also want to do regular outdoor training. Due to the short interval units, the boot camp is also suitable for those athletes who only occasionally use their running shoes. The noticeable fun and motivation in the group give this training a special incentive.
