Prepare for the upcoming ski season and get fit for winter!

The turns and movements used in skiing and snowboarding are not exactly commonplace beyond the slopes. The complex physical interaction requires top performance from muscles (especially legs, buttocks, back) and joints as well as excellent coordination skills and balance. Those who are prepared for this and also have good basic fitness and stamina reduce the risk of injury and have more fun with winter sports.

The Ski-Gym course builds up the muscles that are particularly heavily used in skiing and snowboarding, trains the deep-lying muscle layers in the abdominal and back areas and activates the supporting muscles of the entire body.
