The BODYART training concept is based on the 5 elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and trains the human being holistically, i.e. as a unity of body, mind and soul.

The exercises combine strength, flexibility and balance. Stability, coordination, well-being and posture improve noticeably. Preventing and counteracting back pain as well as reducing stress are part of the positive effects that come with this unique training. The body is athletically shaped and energized by a regular and continuous workout, so that it feels stronger and more vital in everyday life.

BODYART training is suitable for all individuals: Women and men, young and older, health or competitive, just about anyone. Different training levels are offered.
