Furthermore, stretching is used to reduce muscular imbalances and correct pathological problems caused by muscle shortening, as well as to accelerate recovery after injuries.
Stretch & Tone also focuses on strengthening the core muscles. 30 min session for beginners and advanced, for flexibility, ideal as a cool down after a strengthening session.
