Including the associated sports technical as well as conditional optimization, additional reduction of the risk of injury and a positive influence on recovery, as well as positive psychological influence.
Furthermore, stretching is used to reduce muscular imbalances and correct pathological problems caused by muscle shortening, as well as to accelerate recovery after injuries.
Stretch & Tone also focuses on strengthening the core muscles. 30 min session for beginners and advanced, for flexibility, ideal as a cool down after a strengthening session.
