RED LIGHT THERAPY

The use of light to promote health has a long history. Sunlight has been used since ancient times to improve performance and treat illnesses. In the 1990s, NASA discovered the healing effects of red light and has since used it primarily to heal wounds. Hundreds of scientific studies have now confirmed the positive effects of red light application on performance, regeneration and skin health. Red light therapy is a modern, scientifically proven method for promoting cell regeneration, blood circulation and general well-being.

Red light in the 630–660 nanometer (nm) range is especially effective. That’s exactly the type of light our device uses. It works deep under the skin without producing much heat. The special light spectrum reaches your cells’ "power plants" – the mitochondria – and helps activate natural repair processes in your body.
