Light as a remedy has a long tradition - sunlight has been used to boost health and performance since ancient times.
Our red light therapy uses a particularly effective spectrum (630-660 nm) that penetrates deep into the skin and stimulates the mitochondria - the "power stations" of the cells. This promotes cell regeneration, improves blood circulation and increases general well-being - without any heat, pain or side effects.
