Fat burning with aerobics - effective weight loss
by John Harris Fitness
Aerobics could become your most successful training method on the way to your dream body, the pounds will fall off almost by themselves. But what is the most effective way to lose fat? It's important to understand that it's not a matter of working out as intensively as possible, but of exercising at a constant heart rate for at least 30 minutes at a time. A longer workout with a relatively low load will do much more for fat burning than a short intense workout. Excessive fluctuations in pulse rate have a stressful effect on the cardiovascular system. Studies have shown that the best pulse rate for burning fat is between 55% and 75% of your maximum pulse. In this range, your body primarily uses fatty acids for energy. To determine your maximum heart rate, it's best to take a performance test under a doctor's supervision. Just ask your trainer about it.
Aerobics originated in the 1980s and has stood the test of time. Through music, group feeling and simple movement sequences, the motivation is kept high. The advantage of aerobics is that the whole body is trained, the sense of rhythm and coordination are promoted.
One should not make the mistake of thinking that fat would be burned quickly. In order to burn a single candy bar, you need to exercise properly for about 2 hours. However, not only is the direct calorie consumption crucial, but also the increase of the basal metabolic rate through regular strength training. Bigger muscles consume more energy constantly and we can eat more without worrying about our weight, even when we are not exercising.
Aerobics is fun and motivates even those who don't do sports to move around a lot. That alone counts for overcoming the inner pig dog.
