Tips for your application
If you have an appointment for an interview, then the first hurdle has been cleared! From your documents it has been concluded that you are eligible for the open position. Our selection process takes the form of individual interviews – depending on the position, you will be interviewed by several people, either individually or together.
Preparation for the interview
Good preparation for the interview is half the battle. Actively deal with the company, collect information, consciously follow media reports and the like. Another important part of the preparation is the self-analysis and the analysis of your own wishes and ideas. These are questions such as: "What do I want in the short or long term? Where are my personal strengths?"
During the interview
In order for us to get a realistic overall picture from you, keep the following tips in mind:
- Be "yourself," and don't try to pretend to make a good impression.
- Try to assess yourself correctly – in other words, don't overestimate yourself, but don't underestimate yourself either.
- If you get the impression during the interview that the position offered is not the right one for you after all, please let your interviewer know right away.
- Ask questions!
You have the opportunity to learn as much as possible about the company, the departments, the area of responsibility. Take advantage of this opportunity! If you show sincere interest, you will also be able to demonstrate that you have prepared yourself for this interview.
After the interview
You have been through one or more interviews. Now comes the time of waiting. Please understand that we usually cannot let you know the very next day.
Your documents and the impressions gained from the interviews will be discussed internally before a final decision is made. If you receive an acceptance letter, please think carefully again about whether the position offers you the opportunity you are looking for. If you are already concerned that the job will over- or under-challenge you, please do not keep this realization to yourself.
Whatever the outcome of your application, you will be informed by us either in writing, by e-mail, by post or verbally.
